17 Oct 2008 - Cross Country Tournament

Twenty four children entered a cross country tournament at St Johns Primary School.

There were the usual competitors, including St Johns, Glenthorne, Whitgreave and Cheslyn Hay Primary Schools.

This was our best year of winners, we came home with two trophies and five medals.

Yeart 3 & 4 girls came first, with runners coming in 1st, 2nd and third.

Year 3 & 4 boys came joint first, with runners coming in 2nd and 4th.

Year 5 & 6 girls came third, with runners coming in 3rd (beaten by the post).

Year 5 & 6 boys came fifth, with runners coming in 11th.
